StitchFin began with a frustration our founder experienced firsthand, as both a patient and a caregiver. Getting a clear answer about a medical bill was harder than it should have been. Behind every question were healthcare teams working through complex systems, fragmented information and time-consuming processes to provide an accurate response.

ARIA™ was born from seeing both sides of that experience.

Patients shouldn't have to understand the complexity of healthcare to get the answers they need. And the teams who keep healthcare running every day shouldn't have to fight that complexity to help them.

Our mission is to simplify the work behind those answers, so healthcare teams can respond quickly and accurately, and patients can spend less time searching for clarity and more time focusing on their health.

Meet our founder

Rahul Ghosh

Founder and CEO

Rahul grew up in a family of medical professionals, then chose a path in technology. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering in India and a Master of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.

Over more than two decades he has led software teams across fintech, retail, travel and healthcare. Most recently he was a senior leader at Amazon, where he ran the fintech team building payment solutions for millions of customers worldwide. At StitchFin he brings that experience to the healthcare revenue cycle.

Farzan Bharucha

Founding Partner, Whitecap Health Advisors

A healthcare strategy consultant for more than 20 years, Farzan advises leading health systems including Penn Medicine, UCSD and Yale New Haven. He brings clinical and business training to the table, with an MS in Pharmaceutics and an MBA in Strategy from The Ohio State University.

Former founder in healthcare technology, innovation in the banking and insurance sectors, and senior executive leadership at Optum, Joshua blends deep industry expertise with a builder's mindset. He specializes in strategy and thought leadership around high-trust, low-friction systems that connect growth, operations, and financial performance.

Matthew Vecchio

Head of Revenue Cycle, Client Success, StitchFin

Matthew has spent more than 20 years across providers, RCM services and healthcare technology, including RCM director roles at Delta Health System and Walmart Health and leading the PayJourney platform at Frost-Arnett. He has guided more than 100 EHR and revenue cycle transformations, and at StitchFin he leads platform adoption with health system partners.
